Forge Disability Services will be working with Eileen O’Connor Catholic College as part of our School Leaver Program and related activities.

During these activities, Forge Disability Services may take photographs and/or videos of students to showcase their participation, achievements and experiences within the program.

With your consent, selected photographs and/or videos may be used on:

  • Forge Disability Services social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • The Forge Disability Services website
  • St Anthony’s Family Care social media platforms and website
  • Promotional and marketing materials relating to Forge Disability Services and its programs
