Martina Tenedora 

Disability Service Coordinator

Martina has over ten years of frontline leadership experience across the transportation and government sectors, as well as extensive experience in workforce coordination, administration and education. For the past three years, she has worked in the disability services sector as a Resource Coordinator and Restrictive Practices Coordinator, with responsibilities across workforce allocation, restrictive practices authorisation, safeguarding, compliance, reporting and documentation management.

Martina’s background also includes almost ten years of teaching, advising and mentoring adult university students overseas. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Adamson University in the Philippines, along with a Diploma in Business Administration, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Certificate IV in Project Management from TAFE NSW. She is passionate about leadership, planning, compliance and mentoring, particularly supporting young adults to recognise their strengths and work towards their individual goals.

Martina chose to work at St Anthony’s Family Care because of the opportunity to use her skills and experience to support young adults with disability and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, exploring nature, walking, cooking, singing and dancing, as well as spending time with family and friends in Australia and overseas.
